It’s Cheese Ball Day and taxes are due today – isn’t that ironic. . .or perhaps, cheesy!
I think we give new meaning (dimension) to the “normal” cheese ball as our signature item is a cheese apple – rather unique don’t you agree? We have shaped this cheese into a number of things. . .a race car for Walter’s (grandson) birthday party, wedding bells, obviously, for a reception and best of all a snowman for a holiday party. The snowman was the best, resplendent with scarf, buttons, eyes, ears, and nose all done with vegetables. It was so good, in fact, that no one partook and the cheese softened and finally Mr. Man gave it up and fell over. Typically, this is not the case as our cheese ball is usually a favorite item and quickly devoured.
So, make a date with your favorite “cheese ball” and celebrate the day! Enjoy!
